Nokia C7 menu button not working.
I accidently spilt some water on my c7.... immediately switched it off and wiped dry.... then my menu key stopped working... it works when phone is locked,, to goto the unlock screen..... but when phone is unlocked it doesn't work....... please help regarding what to do.
I did a system reset and things seem to be back to normal.....
Hi, it should be a hardware problem, and just bring it down to your nearest service provider or nokia customer care center and they would probably give you a replacement set.
